I have often thought about John and wondered what became of him. I decided to Google his name and was very sorry to find out he had passed away last Dec. 2013. I knew him best as Junior and grew up next door to him in Arlington, MA. I hadn't seen or heard about him since his father's funeral. We had many good times together over the years. My sincere condolences go out to his family and sister Dorothy.

We are so sorry for the passing of John. We knew John and his then wife Janice very well and actually before they married along with our mutual friends Mary (Milne) and Jim Fitgerald. We have such fond memories of all the fun times we had. One time, in particular, is when they had a dance party with an instructor and we all learned how to do the dance called the "twist"! John was a great guy and very smart. He truly loved Newfound Lake. We still live in Norwood, MA. Unfortunately, we lost track over the years. I did find Whitney & Wendy out in Bainbridge Island and had a lovely chat and hope to be able to do so again. You all have our deepest sympathy and prayers. Sincerely, Barbara (Gibbs) and husband Dick Kinter.
