Karl Jr, Lesley, Laura
How deeply sorry I am to hear of your father's passing. Your parents always made me feel special. I have so many Fond memories of going to your house at Thanksgiving and Christmas. I learned how to dance with your mom one year, to Glenn Miller.. And your patents always gave the most unique gifts. Some I still have on my hutch today. Your beautiful mother and carismatic dad were always my Favorites . Your mom always looked like a movie star, and your dad always had the most interesting stories, about his hunting and fishing expiditions. They will be missed Dearly, along with their parents and siblings .
My thoughts and prayers are with you this holiday season.
Take care Peter

Karl would have been touched by the comments and stories friends of mine and his made when I called to tell them the sad news. One told of a tree he saved that was being choked by vines. Today that tree stands tall as a tribute to his care. Another told of his ready ability to laugh and to tell stories about his past. Others spoke of his kindness and generosity, of the snacks he made when they came for drinks, of their fishing adventures, of the Corvette, etc. I will always remember him for his warmth, and his willingness to listen and to please. I always felt honored and proud to be his friend and companion. He has been missed by me for quite sometime. May he Rest In Peace.

We are so sad to hear of Karl's death. We spent quite a bit of time with Karl and Geneva Woodruff over the years they were together. He was such a delightful guy and we enjoyed his company. He and Geneva visited us in Chatham on Cape Cod many times and he loved sharing stories with our family.

We serve up a lot of shellfish in Chatham because we love to go shell fishing. He was very fond of my quahog chowder and clams casino.

He was a nice man who told great stories, had a quick smile and seemed to love people. We have missed him and we are so very sorry for the loss you and your family are experiencing at this time.

RIP Karl!
