LAUREEN MORIARTY Obituary

MORIARTY, Laureen S. Of Canton, died Thursday, July 12, 2018 after a long battle with MS. She was 72 years old. Laureen was a retired legal secretary who worked for Plymouth Rubber in Canton for many years. Devoted wife of Neil F. Moriarty of Canton. Loving mother of Kimberly A. Hawkins and her husband Bill of Fall River, Connie Moriarty and his wife Jennifer of Braintree, Deborah S. Sanford of Easton, Rick Moriarty BPD of Dorchester, and Michael Moriarty CFD of Canton. Loving sister of Karen M. LaPointe and her late husband Rick of Braintree. Proud grandmother to 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 nieces and 1 nephew. Visiting hours in the Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman St., CANTON, Monday, July 16th from 4-8 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John the Evangelist Church, 700 Washington St., Canton Tuesday at 10:30 AM. Interment Canton Corner Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the National MS Society, P.O. Box 4527, New York, NY 10163
