Our thoughts and prayers to the Early and O'Hara family from the Williams family in Royalston.

To Mary's Family,
Please accept our sincere condolences. Bill and I are unable to attend the services for Mary, but will keep your family in our prayers. Mary was a feisty and devoted advocate for the South Side in particular and Waltham in general. Bill and I enjoyed discussing any issue about Waltham with her over the years. Her family may be justly proud of the fact that Mary stood up for what she believed was important, and made a real difference in the quality of life of the many people who benefited from her advocacy and devotion.

To the Family of Dear Mary,
I am so sorry to hear of Mary's passing. I pray for comfort, peace and strength for each of you in the days ahead. I pray Jesus carries you through each moment and you find comfort and joy as you cherish the good times and memories with Mary. I am a friend of Hazel from our teenage years at school and Wal-Lex and I always enjoyed our friendship.

Mary knew everybody. She loved to greet the voters on election day. No one paid closer attention to the political situation in Waltham. I think she will always have a spot in the City Council chamber.
