I was a student of Mrs. Stokowski at St. Louis Academy from 1969 - 1973. She taught business courses, typing, shorthand and accounting. Lots of days after lunch I'd go to her classroom and we'd chat. Great teacher.

Mrs. Stokowski was my St. Louis Academy teacher for typing, short hand, and accounting, 1978-1981. She was the best teacher, she had a way of making you want to learn.

Heartfelt condolences,
Patricia and my mom are cousins (McCools from Clonmany) I met Patricia once while she was visiting Ireland. A lovely lady. Thanks to Patricia and Joan for sharing all the hard work that went into the McCool family tree. I recently shared all this data at a McCool family reunion in Clonmany earlier this year. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. When someone you love becomes a memory the memory becomes a treasure. R.I.P. Patricia

Mrs. Stokowski was my high school typing teacher at St. Louis Academy in the late 70's. She and my mother met when I was in kindergarten at Franco American School, where her daughter Beth, also attended. I remember typing to music to help us keep momentum, and I especially remember her pride in her children. Thank you for all the lives you touched, Mrs. Stokowski. Deepest sympathy to your family.
