So sorry to hear. Paul you were a great man and like a father to me. I could always call and talk to you when I was depressed as a teenager, We lost touch years later. I was part of the Police Explorers for years. I love and will miss you I hope you are at peace

Paul was a great leader of the Police Explorers and was very instrumental in brining awareness to teenage Drug and alcohol in the 1970s RIP Paul

Paul worked with a Police Explorers group in the late 1970's. I was a member of the group. I remember Paul as an excellent mentor. He provided firearm training to all of us. He gave me a ride home in his police car (front seat), and turned on the lights as we approached my front door of the house. I needed to give the neighbors something to talk about. He is someone I'll always remember. Peace be with all who are mourning.
