Dear Betty, Carolyn, Kathy, Karen, Laura and Maureen,
It was something special to know Phil and to start your morning with a smile and a bit of news. Those Christmas presents always made me think of how much love and thought he put into his girls'.
He will be deeply missed.

To the Joseph Family:
Words are difficult to find to express my feelings on Philly's passing. I was so fortunate to spend time with Phil on Saturday, 9/21. We had a great talk about all the good things in and about Norwell. Perhaps one of my best memories was emceeing the night when Phil was chosen as Citizen of the Year. What a great night, for a truly great citizen.
May God Bless you Phil.
