I just recently heard the sad news of Mike's death. Obviously, words are inadequate to express my deepest condolences or to speak of someone as nice as he was. I had very few opportunities to be in his company but I always felt I had been with a real gentlemen. He had a quiet way of making people feel comfortable. I am sorry huge sense of loss you all must feel.
Sincerely,

My condolences to the whole Norton family. Mike was a special kind of guy. He did his job as funeral director, but with so much empathy for those he was dealing with. He always knew when to make a joke to help you through. I dealt with him many times professionally, when my parents passed, and numerous times as coordinator of the Color Guard for the Framingham Firefighters. There was nothing Mike would not do, and I am proud of the many services we held through him, that he always made each family special. Take care Mike, I'll remember your smile always.

Hi Judy,
Although we only meet for the first time up in the Boardroom at the Bruins game when I was with my brother in-law Pete DeVito, Pete had always mentioned to me about Mike which it was such a pleasure to finally meet him after hearing all the stories about him. Since then I would run into him every so often at the Columbus Hall for lunch or here and there around Framingham. I think if there were more time in Mike's life, we could have been good friends; he was that kind of guy which is rare. From my family to yours, our prayers are with you.
