Dear Mary Jo and family,

I remember my cousin Dick as a handsome young man who would play tic tac toe with me when I was a child and he would come to visit my mother Ita.
He always had such good humor and patience. I am so sorry to hear of his passing.

Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Dear Clasby Family. In Fall of 1953, Dick and Harvard football spent the eve of the Yale game at Choate School in Wallingford. I trudged over in my football gear and a photo was taken with Dick's hand on my shoulder. Choate actually featured it in their magazine. Dick and Coach Jordan made sure I got every ones' autograph, including "Ted Kennedy."

Dick was a star yet he could not have been more kind to me and I will never forget that day.

In sympathy,

David Cook

Mary Jo and family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy on Dick's passing. He was a gentleman in every sense of the word. His humor, athletic prowess and warm personality will be sorely missed not only by his classmates but all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be remembered in my prayers.

My deepest sympathy is sent to all of the Clasbys on the passing of such a wonderful man, husband and father. To this day and after all these years, I have such lasting and fond memories of the Clasby Clan at Tucker School. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
