ROSE SEMENZA Obituary
(DiGerolamo) Of Wakefield, July 6th. Wife of Angelo M. Semenza. Mother of Paul Semenza of Wakefield, Mark Semenza of Tewksbury, Stephen Semenza of Middleton, and Christine Caloggero of Medford. Sister of Terry Collins of Wakefield, Anna Kapustin of Boston, and the late Dominic DeGerolamo, Connie Iennaco, and Phyllis Campagna. Also survived by nine grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., WAKEFIELD, on Thursday at 10:30 followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 11:30. Visitation for relatives and friends at the Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4-8pm. Interment, Holy Cross Mausoleum, Malden. We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Great Auntie Rosie. Our prayers are with the whole family through this time of grieving and loss.
Some of my sweetest memories were Sunday visits at her house. She let me play with Starsky, and she gave me treats to eat. I am grateful to her for those wonderful times. Thank you and God bless you.

Great sadness in Kapustin, Mckenna and Byrne family with the passing of Auntie Rosie
I will always remember her as making the best grilled cheese sandwiches I ever tasted! I still think of her when I make them or have them

My Auntie Rosie was a gentle loving woman. She was the baby of the DiGerolamo bunch. She was always very kind to me and taught me many life long lessons. Her smile and gentle demeanor will be missed. Be blessed at peace Auntie Rose Love Rita. (we are at peace because HE (Jesus) lives
