Our Condolences to the family. We have missed Sheila at Museum events. She was always one of the first members to arrive. She enjoyed the events and her connection to the USS Constitution Museum and to "Old Ironsides."

I was Sheila's hospice volunteer for the last several months. I so enjoyed being able to visit with Sheila. We talked about art, television programs, literature, movies and even adult beverages and her fun socks!!! She was a clever one naming the Topsfield Fair stuffed animal pig I got her Crisco! I thought It was just a cute name, but nope it stood for Christopher Columbus the weekend I got it for her.

I loved how we'd guess the ending of Criminal Mind episodes before they ended and discuss the characters of NCIS, Criminal Minds, etc.

Although I only met Carol once briefly I sure felt like I knew the whole family as she spoke so fondly of all, she even quizzed me on the great picture she had of all the great nieces and nephews!

Our last conversation was about Edgar Allen Poe... she read my entire Mary Higgins Clark collection in less than a month..

We talked about her upcoming birthday 12/4 a lot! I know for sure she'll be having her martini up in heaven on that day!!

My deepest and most sincere condolences to her sisters Carol and Mary and her entire family. How blessed I was to have been assigned to Sheila!

With love,LeiLanie
