If a man's life is measured in the friends he makes, then surely we were in the presence of a GIANT.

Please accept my sincere condolences. Having been in the Real Estate Business for 42 years myself I had the opportunity to meet Jack on many occasions. Always a gentleman and fair businessman. I am sure he will be truely missed by all.

Many years ago Jack often rode past my parents house to visit his daughter Carol. One day he stopped to complement my dad on the outside of their home, remarking how nice it always looked. My dad was so pleased that someone had noticed. Your dad was a kind man who made my father's day.

Whenever I saw Jack Conway three things struck me: his warm smile, his limitless energy and his sharp mind. He was an amazing and inspiring man, and I will miss him.

In 1987, as Mayor of Pembroke, Wales I had the great honour of meeting Jack and he gave me a special gift, a day of his life. That meant visiting his lovely home and delightful and charming wife Patricia, taking a cruise in his motor boat and dining with him in the evening. All in return for opening his new Office in Pembroke.
He was quite simply an extraordinary gentleman in every way and I will never forget him even though over a thousand sea miles separate me from him.
May I sincerely pass on to Patricia and his three children my sadness and condolences. A rare gentleman of character and personality has been lost to he world. Such a loss as such men are rare and thereby truly missed.

May God give strength to his family, friends and colleagues to bear their loss.

William. R. Baker. 608th Mayor of Pembroke, Wales 1987/88

Patty,
Mary and I send our deepest condolences. I first met Jack back in the 1970's, spent much time with him, and always found his enthusiasm inspiring. Though we hadn't been in touch for a number of years I always remembered him, and you, fondly. He will be missed.

Pat,
My deepest sympathy goes out to you and your whole family at this time. Jack was such a wonderful man who touched so many lives with his generosity and warm spirit. I am proud to have worked with him in his philanthropic pursuits and am even prouder to be a part of Conway Country. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and all those who are missing Jack at this time.
