CORMIER Margaret R. "Sis", "Rita" (Reilly), in Quincy. Formerly of South Boston, August 9, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Wendell "Wimp" Cormier. Devoted mother of Beverly Ritz of Canton, Cheryl Pimental of Hingham, Arlene Cormier of Dorchester, Elaine Cormier of Rockland and the late Diane Cormier. Loving daughter of the late Francis and Lillian (Hall) Reilly and predeceased by her 3 brothers and 3 sisters. She was loved by her devoted grand daughter Kristin "Heather" Tinlin of South Boston and her grandsons Sean Canavan of NY and Will Donadini of Rockland. Loving great grandmother of Thomas Tinlin, Grace Anne Tinlin, Caroline Canavan and Kaydence Donadini. Funeral from the O'Brien Funeral Home, 146 Dorchester Street SOUTH BOSTON, Friday at 9:00 A.M. Funeral Mass in St. Vincent Church at 10:00 A.M. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery, Mattapan. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 P.M. -8:00 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend all services. "Sis" lived in South Boston until she was 91, then moved to River Bay in Quincy. She was a past treasurer of the South Boston Yacht Club Bowling League and loved to garden, crosswords, playing cards with her friends at River Bay, her old movie channels and most importantly her seafood dinners with her family sitting by the water at Castle Island. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in "Sis's" memory to Doctors Without Borders USA, 333 7th Ave, New York, NY 10001-5004.
