I was so sorry to see about the passing of Dr Wascher. He was our family doctor when I was a teen-ager in Aurora, Colorado back in the early 60s. He pierced my ears when I was 15 and then a year later put a cast on my badly sprained ankle. I have thought about him many times over the years. How strange that we both wound up in Nevada, and we both worked at Desert Springs Hospital although at different times. My condolences to his family and friends.

After 6 months of suffering horrible arm pain that no other doctor could diagnose, Dr. Wascher diagnosed it in one day and I am forever grateful. He also treated me at Desert Springs Hospital for severe gastroenteritis. He was so self confident and professional. I wish I could have continued with him but we moved and it was too far to his office. My thoughts go to his family but I wanted you to know at least one person never forgot what he did to heal me.
