Well Brian, It's 9/10/2017 and I have my little flag ready to put out tomorrow. I am enjoying a day here very much like that day in September,2001. I do have to admit it's a little cooler up here in Downeast Maine but the sun is shining, the wind is blowing softly as it tends to do at this time of the year up here, school is back in session, and life goes on. I have thought of you a lot the past few days and wanted to make sure I dropped a note to you. I saw some pictures of Julie and her sons, she is as beautiful as ever and the boys are precious. We have all moved on, but you are not lost in time to us. God Bless, Brian.

Wow! Won't be long before it's September 11th all over again, 15 years later. I was moving things around in my fireplace closet and came upon my 9/11 flag. I displayed it on my farmer's porch on Cape Cod for a solid year from 9/11/2001 to 9/12/2002 and thereafter every 9/11 anniversary following. It will be out again 9/11/2016. My friends up here in Maine wondered for a time why I put this somewhat faded and bedraggled little flag out on the front of my house but they all know now. They say a person never really dies as long as someone remembers them. Well Brian, you are remembered by more than you could ever have believed. Watch over us and we'll see you at a later time.
