To Laurie's family: I am greatly saddened to hear of Lauri's passing. The last time I saw her was at our 30th high school class reunion, and I was so glad to see her. We were in band together and she was so talented and bright, and we shared so many laughs and good times. She was one of my favorite people from high school and you are all so blessed to have her as family. My sincerest sympathy.

I'm so glad I got to know you, Lauri. Thank you for raising such an amazing son (and daughters!). We're all missing you, but love finding the heaps of candy hidden around the house!
Kevin, Katie, Marc, Anna- I'm here for you anytime and thinking of you always. <3

Not only were you the most AWESOME Mother, but also a great friend. I looked forward to our weekly lunch/shopping dates. I can't go to Kohl's without thinking of how I would lose you in the clearance section. And I will always think about how we'd laugh hysterically watching 'America's Funniest Home Videos' together. I am so glad you were able to give Chip & me a hug and kiss goodbye. And I will be forever grateful that we served the same Lord Almighty and will reunited together in heaven soon enough. "Love You Forever"

My heart is with all of you during this difficult time. Lauri will always have a special place in my heart. She was a wonderful Mom! I'll never forget our adventures on Howard Drive. She accepted me as one of her own! Always sharing meals and snacks... I loved sleepovers because we had so much fun and I knew there would be a delicious breakfast in the morning! I remember Anna spitting her milk out once when we all busted up laughing at the table! We were trying so hard to keep in the laughter! I will always cherish those memories and I'm just so thankful to Lauri for her sweet kindness and generosity! She was a beautiful person that loved her children more than anything (even candy) in this world!! Sending my love and hugs!

Mom, I will miss you as a friend more than a Mother. Don't get me wrong, you were/are an AWESOME Mommy, but I had *SO* much fun just having lunch & going shopping with you. I also thoroughly enjoyed that you loved QT donuts as much as I did! I love you Mom, and we are saved women of The Lord so (as promised) I'll see you later :)
