Dear Offerman Family,
I am sorry to hear that your husband and father is gone. He was a very distinquished lawyer, who earned many well earned tributes for all his service to the legal community and many charitable organizations.
I remember him best for his service to the Central Park neighborhood where he walked all the time with a smile and wave to everyone. What a fine man.

Dear Geoff and Family,
Your dad was an extrordinary person helping our family over the years as our corporate attorney for our business Jim Doyle Ford.I remember him as a hockey dad fondly as he came to watched Geoff play for the Alden Knights. Always kind, compasionate and fun and hosted us at the house after our games with food, games and friendship.Our Canisus High School days were better because of him ,as he always looked out for all of us- especially Geoff. You get to keep a lifetime of great memories of love, friendship and laughter with your dad as you send him to heaven. Life was better for people around Frank Offerman and I am truly blessed to have shared a few of those moments...God bless you and God rest Frank's soul as he enters the kingdom of heaven... Dear Anne and family - I am so sorry about Frank's death. He was one of the finest men I have ever known and has been a great friend of my family. The clearest memory I have of the time my father died is that of Frank and Arnie Zelman with their arms around each other standing in front of Dad's coffin.

I knew Frank to be a highly respected lawyer and a leader of lawyers but, most importantly, he was a gentleman and a man of great class. It was always a pleasure to be with Frank or to speak with him. So very many lawyers, myself included, looked up to him and felt that he was what a lawyer should be. He will be sorely missed.
