After almost 10 years I have just discovered the news of John's passing, as I relocated to the Liverpool NY in 1987. I worked for John as an engineer, while he was the Facilities Manager at Linde, about 1980-82. In the photo I submitted (contact me for a copy), left to right: Ron Helinski (Technician), Bill Kosina (me, Engr Mgr), Roger (center), Russ Taylor (Roger´s Foreman), & John Kieffer (Facility Mgr). Under John I received a promotion which greatly help to accelerate my career. John and I often talked about camping in the Adirondacks. I camped at Lewey Lake and John & family (if I recall correctly) camped at Sanarac Lake. I knew John as a genuine good all-around person! John lives on in my memories of those days, as I pass along my well-wishes to his family. Sincerely, Bill Kosina
