The world is a lesser place without you. Requiescat in pacem my friend.

Dearest Lee & John, I am shocked and sad to hear of Josh's passing. In childhood and teenage years when I knew Josh, I always believed he was special and that the light shined a little brighter out of him. Josh had so many gifts he could barely contain himself. Brilliant and handsome. Always the trendsetter, with mohawks and camo, always cool and charismatic; but, not always approachable. I always left it up to Josh, on his terms, if he was felt like socializing with me. When he did, he always made my week. He was so kind and decent to me. I was grateful for any attention he gave me. Sometimes it was compassion, other times it was (unsolicited) advice. I don't know a single classmate that doesn't hold him in high regard and remember him fondly. It is hard learning that our friend has died. As devoted parents, your sorrow can only be alleviated knowing Josh finally has peace. I will keep you both in my heart and pray for Josh. It was a privilege to call him a friend. With this, I will remain very truly yours.
Always,
Penny
