Dear Doc,
I sure do miss you. So sorry I wasn´t at your side during your final walk down the fairway. I had my hands full too with Mom down here in SC. I wanted to come but Mom needed me here and She would have been so distraught If I came up because she couldn´t travel anymore. Oh well, I just wanted you to know why I wasn´t there.
My earliest childhood memories include being at your house, or up at the cottage, playing golf @ the club, Cleveland, Sarasota, Dahlonega haha. Too many stories to tell right ?
We visit Fern every year and always reminisce. My wife and daughter really love her too.
Thank you for a lifetime of love, kindness, advice, great stories, happiness and good times Doc.
I hope your with your family, friends and most of all with my Mom and Pops and brother Marc. Tell them I love them all and miss them too.

I knew Leo from way back in the 50's and 60's. WE played golf together. We had a lot in common with golf and dentistry. Haven't seen him for awhile. A great friend. Myself, Paul Kendall, Ron Grazen will miss him. God Bless.
