Sister Antonelle...she was one remarkable woman. A Sister which we shall never ever see the likes of again! I feel extremely blessed to have had our paths cross. While experiencing some tough times, she was always a great source of encouragement and hope to me with her beautiful letters and cards. I shall truly miss her inspirational correspondence, but I also know she has served Our Lord well and is reaping her many deserved rewards. I believe God had reserved a "special" place, just for Sister, with her name on it. May she rest in peace eternally. Love you, Sister.

I had the pleasure of knowing Sister Anotnelle since 1978 when I became interested in a life with the Felician Sisters. My life took on a new direction but I never forgot the times we spent together. God reunited us later in life and what a pleasure for me! She always had a way of making me see things in a new light and was full of love and compassion for others. I regret that I didn't learn of her death until it was too late to say my final good-bye. I will always remember her for her endless words of wisdom that she often gave to me. Rest in peace my dear sister, there is a front row seat in heaven for you! I will always love you....Julie Brown

I was one of Sister Antonelle's 8th graders at Saint Josaphat School, and I recall how she instilled in us the yearn to learn. May she rest in peace with Our Lord, knowing full well that her legacy lives on!

I met Sister Antonelle through my neighbors, Christine and Jim Collingwood, about eight years ago. When she visited, Sister would enjoy sitting outside in the yard looking at the gardens and taking in nature which she loved. Always surrounded by an adoring family, Sister Antonelle was a role model for young and old alike. She spoke kind words and displayed tremendous faith. She believed that life on earth was actually "God's Waiting Room." Sister spent her life devoted to God and to the service of others and is now alive in her Heavenly reward. She will be dearly missed by those that knew and loved her.

Sister Antonelle was my 8th grade teacher, mentor, and friend for life. I wonder what turn my life would have taken had it not been for her influence over these past 43 years. I truly believe that another title befitting her is that of Saint. I have felt that way for a long time. I feel privileged to know her. I saw her last week Wednesday and Friay for the last time. I knew it would be the last time. I left her in her wheel chair in the quietness of the beautiful Chapel where she seemed at peace, far away from the din of the floor she was on. That is where she wanted to be. I always called her my "other mother". She also got to know my husband Jim, and my two children Marc (26), and Andrew (22). We would visit her at Villa, Akron, and then back at Villa. We corresponded through the years, and I think I have every single letter she sent. I cherished every letter that she sent me. Sister Antonelle is a big loss to her family, the Felician Sisters and to me. I feel privileged to have her as an important part of my life.
Eternal life grant unto her Oh Lord, and may perpetual Light shine upon her. Amen
In Christ,
