To Susie's family, I am so sorry for your loss. You'll hear these words many times, but know they cannot express the true feelings many share of Susie. She was a great friend to my mother, Jean O'Connor. They comforted each other during many trying times. I never had the chance to see her after my Mom passed to say thank you again.
I believe they are "on the links" together now and enjoying another round of friendship. Cherish your memories.

We are so grateful for 50 plus years with Susie as a sister of our hearts!!
So many treasured memories, probably the best was as my delivery nurse & sharing with Bert that he now has 2 Susie's in his life plus being a favorite dancing partner for Bert!! There will never be another and we treasure every memory.

Beth, Greg and Ed, sending hugs and prayers to you all during this difficult time. I will truly miss Aunt Susie. She was an amazing godmother, always making me feel loved and special for 54 years, never missing a birthday, anniversary or special occasion through all these years. She was such an incredible inspiration throughout my life. She was there from the very begging, literally catching me in the hospital when I was born and all of you were such an important part of my childhood. I have so many special memories, we really did have a lot of fun and great times together. I've always felt like we were family and I love you all very much. I find comfort knowing our Lord and Savior is holding Aunt Susie in his arms and that His love will comfort us all. I know I have another special angel watching over me. I believe there is a world beyond this world where every soul finds peace with Him..... that there is a life where love goes on and on. Aunt Susie's love for us all will remain in our hearts forever.

Susie was part of our hearts in the "Gray" household. I remember just hopping in the car and mom driving down Eggert Road to go visit Susie (Beth was a baby). My mom had so many wonderful friends who took my brothers and me into their arms after mom died. One of them was Susie! She worked with my mom in L&D at BGH. She was part of our family although we haven't seen her in many years, but you grow up with these friends and they just become family. We love you Susie Palmer Leiser, and we will see each other again some day. Please know Beth and Greg that my brother David (Gray) and I will forever hold your mom in our hearts. We will be praying for you, for comfort, for strength and peace.
