My dear wife and soul-mate passed away peacefully in my arms on Saturday, November 10, 2012, after a long illness. Ann was my entire life and I will miss her with every breath that I take. Please know that she had so much love to give to all of the people she knew. Whenever you see the colour purple in your journey in life please stop and smile, Ann is smiling down on you. Ann will be profoundly missed by her cherished and beloved husband, Paul. She will be forever in the hearts of her dear family: dad, John, sister, Clare (Jim), brother, Sean (Joelle) and numerous family and friends. She is also survived her parents-in-law: Julia and Lawrence, brothers- in-law: Ralph (Connie) and Jason (Tara). Ann was predeceased by her dear mother, Helen. Dearest Paul, my heart is breaking with yours. Ann had the greatest smile. To me, you will always be known as "Ann & Paul", because every time I saw either of you, both of you were there - together. It was obvious how much you loved her. You were a pair! I cannot even express the deep, deep sadness I feel. I am so sorry - this is a tragic loss. I am praying you will find comfort in the support of friends and family, as well as in your memories. Much love and weeping with you, Connie's sister, Suzanne

I will always remember Ann for her sincere kindness and wonderful laughter. She believed in me, even when I did not believe in myself. Having come out of a very devastating personal experience, Ann took me under her wing at ATB. She helped me gain confidence in my work abilities and was the smiling face I could count on. Wearing purple will be one way I will continue to share her legacy of kindness to others. I will miss you, Ann.
