It's with a heavy heart we write this...our prayers and thoughts are with you at this difficult time, and in the weeks and years ahead.
Many an HP game, trampoline jumps, toy store visits with younger siblings in tow, and more recently...a handsome young man who was making great choices and enjoying life. We are grateful to have known Jake, and that he was truly a part of our life. We are here for you, as always.

I did not have the honour of meeting Jake, but saw his memorial on the bridge and was moved and saw his Facebook page and was moved even more to see the incredible positive impact he had on so many people at such a young age. While he has left the earthly plane, he is not gone, he is now an honoured guest in heaven and will forever be at peace. My deepest sympathies to his wonderful family and many friends. Remember, though Jake is not here he IS still beside you, and will be there for you in times of need, or if you need a smile.
