We spent time with Wes in his home in 2006 and met the Regan family. Our deepest sympathy goes to Wanda and Ryleigh in particular and the whole Regan family. Wes was a fine man of many talents that he used for others; he was warm, hospitable, generous, calm and welcoming. A man of deep faith, commitment and a strong sense of family and civic responsibilities. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him and memories of him will be treasured. May his dear soul rest in peace.
