Dear Cashman Family,

My sincerest condolences on your family’s loss.

I played AA minor hockey against Scott when he played for Ottawa Valley and I with South Nation. I also had the privilege to meet him many times after his days at Boston University; he was always incredibly humble and sincere person.

Words cannot convey how proud I was to say I played against Scott and that he knew me, and I him.

In my estimation and I'm certain many others, he was an incredible person and I'm very sorry for your loss.

I only learned today of Scott's passing. I am truely sorry for your loss. But it is no suprise to see so many people taking the time to write as Scott always seemed to have time for everyone. He touched to many lives over the years and he will be remembered fondly.
Always remember the good times.
