Dear Don and Jack,
Your parents shared kindness and caring ways, as I recall. They took great pride in their sons too. Hearty smiles and good natured stories filled dinner table talk around town, learning what the ornery Allen boys were doing. They remind us of simpler times. Please accept my sympathy, as your mom was regarded as one of Bobtown's best.
It was always good to see them on Sunday mornings at church too. May fond memories bring comfort to your families.
The Marriner Boys' kid sister,
Penny
