Frederick Lawman Obituary
Lawman "Fred"
69, passed away March 16, 2013 at his residence. Born in Clarksburg, W.Va, he had been an area resident for the past 27 years. Fred enjoyed woodworking, gadgets of all kinds, and golf. He was a happily retired Secret Service agent.
Fred is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Diane; sons Vance (Mandy), Brett (Tammy) and Quinton (Amanda); grandchildren Emma, Avery, Griffin, Gabriel and Jake.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013, 7 p.m. at Trinity Church, United Church of Christ, 8101 Manchester Ave, NW (Rt 93), Canal Fulton, Rev. Glenn Shedlock officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to the Esophageal Cancer Action Network, P.O. Box 243 Stevenson, Maryland 21153 or at www.ecan.org

I worked at the SS, Charleston, WV office when Fred was first hired. I remember Fred's kindness, that contagious smile, and the joy he had when he found the perfect home with woods so his boys could play "as boys should be able to play". So shocked and saddened of his passing. I extend my thoughts and sincere sympathy to Diane and the family.
