Marjorie A. Krites
77 of North Lawrence died Friday, Jan. 16, 2015 at the Compassionate Care Center. She was born Feb. 27, 1937 in Massillon to the late Albert and Estella (Bartz) Mross. A longtime resident of North Lawrence, she was a devoted farm wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking with the nickname of "Betty Crocker" and worrying.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold (2003); infant son, Dale; brother, Edwin Mross and sisters, Arlene Albright and Doris Snyder. She is survived by her son, Randy Krites; daughters, Vickie (Robin) Harrold, Tami (Shaun) Krites; grandchildren, Jason (Tracy) Harrold, Julie (Zak) Nussbaum and Aaron (Becky) Krites; great grandchildren, Jacob, Sylvia and Samuel Harrold; sister, Wanda (Leland) Britton, several nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staff of the Compassionate Care Center.
Funeral Service MONDAY, 1 p.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 East Cherry Street, (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton) with Rev. Rod Grabski. Family and friends may call Monday one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial St. Michael's Cemetery, Marshallville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Aultman Compassionate Care Center, 2821 Woodlawn, Canton, OH 44708.
