I'm so sorry for your loss. As you remember your love one, as God heals your broken hearts (Psalm 147:3), may your treasured memories bring you peace, comfort, and strength to endure.

We were very saddened to hear of Rays passing. His passion for aviation and dedication to the industry were boundless. Our hearts go out to the Harting family. You will be in our thoughts and prayers in the days ahead.

To the family of a fine and decent man. I've been blessed as you, to have known Ray as a dear friend. May your sorrow soon be filled with loving memories. Our hope and prayers be with you.

It was a very great privilege to know Ray, and to get to work with him. He had outstanding aviation expertise, impeccable judgment, and an unparalleled commitment to safety. He was a tremendous colleague, a champion of women in aviation, and the best of mentors - always diligently building excellence around him in every way he could devise. But more than that, he was one of the nicest and most decent human beings I've been fortunate enough to know. He never hesitated to share his wisdom, his deep love for his family, his respect for all people, and his marvelous sense of humor. Ray was aptly named - he was a beacon of light. The world is a lesser place without him. I send my love and deepest sympathy to the Hartings. I will treasure my memories of Ray, and will keep you all in my prayers.
