To the Racine family - so sorry to hear of Dottie's passing. She was a warm, loving woman, and she really loved her family, especially when those great-grandchildren started arriving! She always said how much she missed Charlie, and now she is with him once again, and together they can watch over their family from above. Rest In Peace, Dottie.

Dottie you will be missed by many. Especially your family at home and your family at Gilpin Manor. The children all loved you there, and as I watched you on occasions work with these students you were so very patient and kind to them. You tried very hard to give them what they needed to move on with confidence. It was an honor to know you. Rest in Peace with your beloved Charlie. Beverly Morrison
