In the passing of Stan, I must say I am very sorry for your loss. And, I must share with Stan's family some very positive events in his life. As a former band director at PVHS, I will always remember my first year at Penns Valley (1960-61). At that time it was tradition for the band to go to the AutoPort(?) in State College after the Spring Concert. Stan and others (?) carried me into the restaurant on their shoulders - I want to believe it was because of the success of the band concert. The McClintic family was always very supportive of the band program. Stan and Roy played tuba; Shawn took private lessons on trumpet and played professionally. Cindy was a flag carrier. As a final tribute to Stan, I take this opportunity to say a belated thank you. To Ray and Cindy, take care, and God Bless. Jack Miller
Cindy, Cassidy and family, We still treasure a beautiful Christmas card Stan sent in which he writes about his family. He was so proud of Cassidy's swimming feats! Thoughts and prayers, Joel & June
