God Bless you Uncle Tuff. I will always remember the time you took to do things with me and make me feel special. Bob Smeal
My father Richard thought the world of Richard. Dad did not make friends easily. Dementia got the best of Richard several years ago so his whole family would like to offer condolences on your loss.
My Prayers and thoughts go out to the families of Wilbur. I had the priviledge of caring of Mr. Livingston during his brief stay. Thank you for the service to your country. Its has been an honor to know you.
Wilbur was a wonderful neighbor to us for many years and he became more than a great friend, we think of him as a member of our family. He will be missed, but will remain forever in our hearts. Blessings of comfort to his children...
Whether you knew him as Wilbur, Mr. Livingston, or Uncle Tuffy (as we did) he was a special man. Our love to Vicki, Denny, Sam, Bea and the rest of the family.
RIP Mr. Livingston....thank you for your service to our country. I enjoyed your company when I saw you but didn't truly know how great of a life you lead.
Thank you for your service to our country!
