Mike and family,
Being your neighbors for only a short time did not give us much of a chance to get to know Martha and for that we are the ones that missed out. From what we know about her and what we have seen living next door for these few months, she was the mother and wife of a loving and kind family. Those traits come from having a loving and kind mother that taught and lived that way. We saw many smiles on her face as she would be outside with her grandchildren or sitting with friends on the front porch. Keep those memories close to your heart and know during this difficult time that..."Grief is not a sign of weakness, nor a lack of faith...It is the price of love."
Praying for comfort and peace,
Craig, Nikki, and Jordan

Mike and Family, just want you to know that our prayers and thoughts are with you. Martha will be missed greatly!
Being friends in high school we didn't get to see each other much after that, but anytime we did she always had a smile and would say "Boy your getting old" (even though we were all the same age) and we would laugh. Something Scott and I will always remember about her. Love, Scott and Debbie Shehan

I am so sorry for your loss. Martha and I go way back and I can remember being in the hospital at the same time as her when she delivered a boy and I a girl. Our lives crossed again when her son Matthew was in the Bellefonte Preschool with Jamie. I still remember Matthew saying, "I am going to get you Jamie" as they walked into their class. I am sorry to find out that she was a quilter the last five years. I, too, am a quilter and have made many quilts for my grandchildren. Please accept my condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.
