Paul E. Emmerling September 19, 1933 June 17, 2014 Paul E. Emmerling, 80, of State College, died Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at the Fairways at Brookline. Born September 19, 1933, in East Liverpool, Ohio, he was the son of the late Raymond and Georgia Emmerling. He married Susan Dwinnell. He is survived by three sons, Jeffery Emmerling and his wife, Linda, of Chaplin, S.C., Gregory Emmerling and his partner, Peggy, of Daytona, Fla., and Steven Emmerling and his wife, Mary, of Chaplin, S.C.; two step-sons, Mark Lynch and his wife, Kimberly, of Boston, Mass. and John Lynch and his wife, Eileen, of Durham, N.C.; five grandchildren, Jessica, Raymond, Carl, Jack, and Ryan; and two great-grandchildren, Sarah and Lacey. Paul attended Thiel College in Greenville. He was president of Turbine Rings Technology, Wolverhamton, UK. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton St., State College. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, June 19, 2014, at Koch Funeral Home with Celebrant Jackie Hook officiating. Burial will be in Stevenson Cemetery in Greenville. Memorial contributions may be made to PAWS, 1401 Trout Rd., State College, PA 16801.
