I am so sorry for the loss of one of the greatest fighters and my personal favorite! I never knew you but it feels like I've just lost a brother! I will celebrate your life and my deepest condolence goes out to his family. "the love doesn't stop, bcuz scares fade". R.I.P. c u when I get there!

Friend of JR Sandoval, jr talked about Johnny and was so proud of him. Just remember that he is now your angel whom will watch over you and your family,we are only here on earth on borrowed time, you will see your loved one again. Just take it day by day, when you miss him just light a candle and say a prayer it helps.

My condolences to the tapia family,
Sorry for your loss I was a fighter from rhode island back in the 80s and I watched Johnny every time he fought and was able to watch it.Life was cruel to Johnny at an early age and Johnny attacked life and fought challenges like he fought opponents with blood ,guts, and tenacity.Johnny you touched alot of life's in your 45 years and your missed by your fans more than you'll ever know.may god watch over Theresa and the kids and grant them comfort in this difficult time.My Vida Loca you can truly rest in peace now.Thanks for the memories Johnny.
