As a Canadian, I watched the war on Television. I watched his down to earth, descriptive, pictorial news briefings. I had nothing but respect for him as a man, soldier, husband and father. The world is a far better place because of him. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. It must be difficult to accept that he is gone as he was so much larger than life.
