I just learned of this dear author's passing. She came to our school, Gilbert Middle School, in 2003 when my husband was deployed to Iraq and read America's White Table on our news show, in an assembly and at our family night in honor of the unit. We were privileged to have her for the whole day, celebrating Veterans Day with our teachers and students. She was such a lady of grace and talent. I will always remember that our paths crossed, and I am a person for that.

Tom I am so sorry to hear about margo.I met both of you when I worked the southeastern books.you both were so kind and loving. Margo told me the story of the mosquitos and the American flag when you were a pow. I got to meet two wonderful people whom I will never forget.I recently lost my husband so I understand some. May God keep you .

I am deeply saddened to learn of Ms Raven's passing. I just recently learned of her work, through one of her books- "Circle Unbroken", a touching story that contains beautiful illustrations.

She will live on through her numerous endeavors. Let us all praise God for her life, labors, loves and longevity.

Family, be comforted in John 3:16, with joyful anticipation of a sweet, heavenly reunion someday.

Sincerely,

I just read that Margot passed away last year, I am saddened beyond words. I knew her back in the early 60's and often wondered where her life took her. She is just as Beautiful as I remember. Condolences to her family, may God bless you all.

Tom, I was so sad to hear about the passing of Margo. What a wonderful, talented and insightful lady. She was such a kind, soft spoken person and her eyes lit up when we talked about her paintings. She loved to paint so much and what a great outlet for her during those real tough times. You struck me as such a patient person when we would talk on and on about her work. Thank you for giving her that sweet time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Tom during this time. She was a great light to this world.

Give us a call. We have a few things of Margo's that you will want to keep. God bless you.
