Clifford Felts Obituary

Clifford Felts, Jr. "Cliff" CORNELIUS - Clifford "Cliff" Felts, Jr., 82, of Cornelius, died August 6, 2014, at his home. He was born on January 29, 1932 in Catawba County to the late Clifford and Lena Felts. He served in the US Army. Survivors include his wife Virginia "Jo" Felts; daughter, Carol Umbarger and husband David of Harmony; sons, Sam Felts of Mooresville and Mike Felts of Spartanburg; sisters, Peggy Simpson and Joan Kammerer; grandchildren, Ali Umbarger, Chrys Wilkins, Kelli Mills and Kevin Felts; and great-grand-children, Christian and Noah Wilkins and Zachary and Journey Felts. His son David preceded him in death. A funeral service will be held at 2PM Sunday, August 10 in the chapel of James Funeral Home, 10520 Arahova Dr., Huntersville with Rev. J.E. Wayland, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be 1-2 PM prior. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery West. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lake Norman, 705 Griffith St., Suite 203, Davidson, NC 28036. James Funeral Home is serving the family. www.jamesfuneralhomeLKN.com.
