I first met Bob at Remember This Antique Mall when he & Kathy were selling there. I went on to establish my own store and Bob was a big part of that; working for me several times a week. We adored him and admired him greatly, especially his military service. We are living in Texas and are unable to attend Bob's service on such short notice, but will be thinking of you all. The world will be at a loss without Bob Cope. He was truly a great man.

We are extremely sad today and want to extend our sincere condolences to all of Bob's family. We had the pleasure of taking three wonderful trips with Bob and Kathy over the years. We met them for the first time in the summer of 2006 on the Vantage Grand European River Cruise, along with the Murray's and the Downes'. We all became instant friends. We had great fun together. Bob taught us all how to love Rum Raisin ice cream. Your Dad was a very special person. We shared in each others good times and bad. We created many wonderful memories. We too will miss our dear friend. But he and Kathy are now traveling together on a trip of a lifetime.

I was very good friends with Kathy when we all lived in Carrollton and belonged to the Metrocrest Newcomers Club. We did a lot of things together and I only knew Bob through her. A couple of times we did things together on a couple social basis... he was quite a character. The two of them were so very happy together... and now together again. I know your Dad will be sadly missed, but certainly never ever forgotten. May the love you shared with him along with your treasured memories give you comfort, not only now at this time, but in the years to come.

My sincere sympathy to you and your family... Esther Kopp
