Dear Jerry, Angela, Mary & Linda: What fond memories I have of Charlotte and you all during our era of the youth group at Garr. I'll always think of Charlotte as someone smiling, funny, positive, and having made the world a better place. Love and thoughts to you all, Pam Wood Austin
I remember you both when we were just children...seems like yesterday. I am so sorry.
Dear Jerry , Ericka, Jason and Jonathan and extended Family,
What a long and hard road you all have traveled with your precious wife, mom, and sister. Most could not imagine the loneliness and sadness you must , at times, have felt!
But, from what i saw, you all did a great job of providing for her every need ! So now it is time to bask in God's love and rest and let Him restore you!
The service for Charlotte yesterday was so very sweet.....honoring our Lord Jesus and remembering one of the sweetest, kindest and
most loving lady I have ever known!
We rejoice in knowing one day we will all be together with Charlotte doing what she is doing now......praising our Lord Jesus!!!
With much love to you,
Judy and Marty Woolery
Camp Lurecrest was the most important influence on my life, and Charlotte was an important influence on Camp Lurecrest. She had a sweet spirit that seemed to radiate 24 hours a day, and was equally kind to everyone. I know Jerry will miss her, but I believe they will be reunited one day. We are all praying for peace for the family.
Charlotte was my first counselor at our beloved Camp Lurecrest. I will always remember her and the greatest experience of my life.
As a Counselor at Lurecrest, I got to experience Charlotte's love and light first hand. She was an incredible woman, and I am truly greatful for her ministry as it helped mold me into the man I am today. I am greatful to have known her, and my soul rejoices in the fact that she has a new body and is with the creator. I hope that someday my impact on this world could be close to the impact Charlotte had on so many children, and families.
Thank you for being an example and living out the Gospel Nonnie. Knowing you has changed me for good. I love you.
Jerry, Angela, Mary and Linda....Charlotte was always so special to me as are all of you. I remember so many fun days at Aunt Nadines and Uncle A.T.'s and great times at Camp Lurecrest. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I know Charlotte is having a great reunion with Uncle A T and Aunt Nadine and Grandma and Gramdpa Bustle and all of the Aunts and Uncles. Love you all...Barbara Hill Fuqua
Jerry, I am so sorry to hear about Charlotte. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this time. May God be with you ALL!!!

Jerry and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Charlotte. Although it's been years since I have seen both of you, I will never forget the love you had for each other and how happy you were together.
Maybe Charlotte will be able to "jump" on streets paved with gold!
I did not know you, but in Christ we will know each other forever...I thank God you are forever with Him, and my prayers are with the family...Blessings.
Jerry, You have been in my prayers since Monday. I know how difficult this must be to lose the love of your life but I firmly believe that the peace of God that surpasses all human understanding will rest with you and help you through. Charlotte was such a kind soul and was loved by everyone. She will be missed. I will continue to pray for your family during this very difficult time. We will see her again though!
What a dear & sweet person Charlotte was. We are so fortunate to have met her saw how loving she was. A beautiful person inside and out.
Heaven must be so happy to have Charlotte in their midst. Even though we were only neighbors for the four years we lived in Matthews, I loved her immediately. She and I had many wonderful laughs doing so many things those years. I never eat marmalade without thinking of the blessed mornings I shared with her on the cozy porch Jerry built. We were so grateful for Charlotte and Jerry's visit in 2009 when we saw them last. God has richly blessed all the folks who have known her.
Jerry, you and Charlotte were a great influence on my life. I always remember her kind words and gentle spirit. She certainly completed you.
My best to you my eighth grade Sunday School teacher and friend. May God continue to bless you until you are called to reunite with Charlotte in the Golden City. My love and prayers,
Nat the Prophet, as you called me.

Charlotte was a beautiful person and an angel and messenger of God...
All: Noonie, Jerry and Family have always been powerful earthly examples of Christ's message for all of us. They have integrated The Word into each and every aspect of their lives. Noonie, welcome home. Please watch out for all of us; especially rascals like Jerry and Paul.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
To our dearest friend, Jerry and your family - our deepest condolences! Miss Charlotte was one of the most beautiful, kindest, loving, & precious ladies who has ever walked this earth! Her capacity of love for young people, was beyond comprehension! She became a Mother & Grandmother, to a nation, & loved them like her own. I can truly say, my children were truly blessed to have had the privilege of knowing and loving this precious lady, and her love, kindness, & example will forever will be one of Lindsay's greatest joys in her life! Lindsay adores Miss Charlotte!! Every time I see a flower garden I always have, and always will, think of Miss Charlotte, I have such a precious memories of Lindsay walking me around the camp grounds and showing me Miss Charlotte's flowers. I am saddened, for she will be so missed, but I REJOICE for her, for she is now where she has longed to be, and dancing on the streets of Glory with her Father!
With Much Love,
Michael, Sandi, Lindsay, Ryan, & Melissa York
