I am very sad to hear of Neil's passing. Some of my fondest memories of my growing up years were experiences with the Cooksey family. While it has been a long time since I have seen Neil, I am not at all surprised at the success and joys he had in his life. My condolences to the family he has left behind.

I was so sad to learn today of Neil's passing. We practiced together at Moore & Van Allen early in our careers, and I so enjoyed knowing him and being fellow U-M law alums. My prayers are with your family as you celebrate his wonderful life.

I was very saddened to hear of Neil's passing. I knew Neil professionally when I worked as in-house counsel for a company that teamed with Akima, LLC. Neil was always very professional and he impressed me as a very sharp attorney. I always enjoyed speaking with Neil and he was always courteous and kind to me.
