Maggie,
I am out of town and just learned of Tom's death. I have such fond memories of serving as his side kick as he spent time working for the rights for children who were abused and neglected. Through his tireless efforts, so many children ended up with a better life. I always admired his tenacity both before his stroke and afterward. He really does leave a legacy as an advocate for those who could not speak for himself.

I am so sorry I will not be there in person for his service tomorrow but I will be there in spirit.
