Mrs. Crosby was never my teacher but I always wished she had. All the other kids hoorayed when they new she would be teacking them. Not only did she work with kids in school she was a superb mentor and teacher to all of us kids at First Baptist Church. Mrs. Crosby left an impression on us we will never forget.

Dear Joe and Kathy,
May God Bless you. I truly treasure all the beautiful times your mother was a special guiding light in my life. The beginning was at Lincoln Heights Elementary , then a special visit before my wedding at home and a most important visit at Myers Park , one of my first teaching assignments(just to mention a few special moments). Your mother was a joy and inspiration to us all. My prayers are with you at this time.

Kathy and Joe,
Your mother "Kat" was a "Phenomenal Woman" and left her mark on the world
by the way she lived. She made a difference and touch the lives of so many people in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System and the entire community. She was an angel and a "gift" from God. We are so sorry for your loss.

Dear Joe and Kathy, I was so sorry to hear of the passing of your beautiful mother. As a young girl growing up on Druid Circle, I admired your mother so much. I thank God for having the pleasure to know her. She made a positive impact on my life. My prayers are with your family. May the God of all comfort; comfort you and give you peace.

Kathy and Joe,
I will forever treasure those memories in 1st and 2nd grades with Mrs. Crosby as my favorite teacher at Lincoln Heights. I truly loved her, as well as the influence that she had over my life. Mrs. Crosby is the reason that I chose Education as a profession. She was not only brilliant, but so much fun! I will always love and remember Mrs. Kat Crosby.
