Mark E. Evans Mark E. Evans, age 59, of Ludlow, MA, passed away suddenly on February 5, 2014. Born in Glen Ellyn, IL, son of the late George and Dorothy (Larkin) Evans, he lived most of his life in Illinois before moving to Ludlow in 1999.
