Dear Easterling Family,

Our sincerest sympathy in the loss of your loved one. We didn't know Ray, but knew him thru our brother, Greg. Ray is now in heaven with his Lord and Saviour - no more pain. We will continue to pray for your peace and healing. May God continue to shower his graces on each of you.

May God bless his family and provide grace and healing to their hearts and soul!
I never played against him but I shared a brotherhood with him and many of the other fallen men that shared the grid iron. I find it important to send my respects to those that have come before and have completed the same journey that I must make one day.

We are forgotten men with painful scares and our own slight memory of the cheers that once motivated us. May God bless him and welcome him home!

I never knew Ray.. But as a fellow alumnus of the NFL, my sincere condolence to his family. It is apparent by reading all of these messages that he was one heck of a fine man.
