What a great guy! What a great friend. We all are going to miss your smile and joking around. All your friends from 97th Commercial.
My condolences to the entire Sandoval family. Having recently lost a loved one way too early, I know the pain involved. May God comfort you in this time of sorrow. 2 Cor 1:3.
I am also a retiered Ironworker Local #1.
John and I worked on several jobs. We enjoyed each others company because we were both Marine Corps veterans. He was the nicest guy and good hearted.
Johnny was a great friend to my family and me. He was an inspiration to be around and has had positive impact on my life. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to participate with him in the USMC Marathon an event that meant so much to him. An all around fantastic person. My thought and prayers are with him and the Sandoval family.
As your last text said to Lys "I will be there Friday" We felt you Pop. Your girl, your Peanut Estelle did a beautiful job singing and reading at the stations of the cross with her classmates. Armand, Arianna and Lil G were watching in the wings...You are so missed!
My dear friend how I miss you already....you will always be my Jazz man Xoxox My deepest sympathy to the Sandoval family.
What do you say when you grew up with someone and had so much fun with John and his whole family? I am so glad we got together last year and will regret that we didn't do it again. I love you all. Nancy (Tinsley) Tibbits

Where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy!
What a beautiful difference one single life made.
I only met him one time and I can say with certainty that he was a positive force. My heart goes out to you Lawrence and your family in your time of grief. Stay strong my brother, I know how much he meant to you.
will alway miss you. and never forget all the great times we had growing up together
Dear Sandoval family, John will not be forgotten in prayer and love. Always smiling and kind, generous and hilarious! I will continue to honor his life in contributions to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, which was so dear to him. I loved him so much. I am so happy he was able to see Sicily, and loved hearing him say "Ciao Bella!" Always speaking of his family and friends, the marine corps and local 1 buddies, always smiling!! A true blessing from God. He took great care of his second chance at life! He affected so many lives, remember that in light and peace. Prayers are surrounding you as is John.
