well bill you are finally at peace and out of pain i miss you i'm writing now because the computor wasn't working and i was in the hospital for 3 weeks cause i didn't want to live and my whole body was to help help shutting down then God said your talked to me i listened he told me you were with him and that he wasn't ready for me that i had to take of myself and little joe and never pick up ever and my job was to help other people in need i'm little by little getting things done watch me from up there while i make you proud say hi to your family and our other four legged children hug them for me and if you see my mom hug her for me i will be writing to you more now that i'm back on track and if anybody reads this and doesn't get it they not supposed to this is for you i think about you all the time and i'm so sorry that i didn't have the magic pill to make you better but i guess God wanted you with him maybe to play the trumpet i'm getting ready for the meeting so i'll end for now love debbie and li'l joe

Dear Debbie and Harkins Family, I just saw a note on FB that Billy has passed away. I am so sorry. I remember Billy as the cutest little kid and handsome young man. How sad it is to remember those happy young days and to think now that Billy is no longer here, but has joined Sharon and Noreene. I bet they're having a great reunion party! My sympathy and prayers to all of you. As Always,
