Johnson, Annie R. Age 67, passed away January 26, 2015. She was a Gary resident, formerly of East Chicago, Indiana; a homemaker and member of Bethel Church of Gary. Preceded in death by parents, Henry and Hattie Fluellen. Survived by husband, Dorie M. Johnson, Sr.; daughters, La Shawn (Charles) Cook and Robyn (Kevin) Dix; son, Dorie (Marlin) Johnson, Jr.; sister, Henrietta (Anthony) Fluellen; brothers, Holland (Margaret) Fluellen and William Kelly; six grandchildren; two aunts. Funeral service Monday, February 2, 2015. Visitation 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. Funeral service 10:00 a.m. at Bethel Church, 225 W. 5th Avenue, Gary, Indiana, Pastor Raymond C. Dix, officiating.
