We were very sorry to hear of Ed's death. He was such a funny, vibrant man and he loved to laugh and sing. He always brought a smile to the faces of members and friends at St. Philippus with his stories. Mom and I wish to extend our condolences to Charmaine and her entire family. We will keep you all in our prayers and hope the Prayer Shawl will continue to bring comfort to Charmaine.

I was very sorry to hear of Ed's passing. I have many wonderful memories of him while we were at St. Philippus. You always knew when Ed was singing in the choir; he so enjoyed it. In fact if the congregation was a bit shy singing one of the hymns, Ed would get right out there and go for it and the rest would follow his lead. He also would make me laugh when he would bring the offertory plates up to the front. When we would start to sing the response he would make faces at me. He's left me with so many fond memories.
